Keenly interested in landscapes and areas of historical interest, I enjoy capturing all kinds of scenery using both acrylic paint and digital photography.

My first solo exhibition, Natural World (2009), based in Chipping, showcased a variety of landscape and floral-themed digital photographs.

Since 2010 I have worked on a series of acrylic paintings showing scenes from around the Ormskirk area, inspired by my research into my paternal ancestry. I am drawn to the effects of light on landscapes, and am fascinated by the colours found in nature; these themes influenced the paintings I exhibited at Ormskirk Library during my second exhibition, Colour In West Lancashire (2014).

I welcome enquiries relating to landscape-themed photography and scenic acrylic paintings.”
